Bye, Memphis Grizzlies. You had a nice run.

Despite all the injuries that piled up this season, Dave Joerger and company still managed to find a way to make it to the postseason. Even though they didn’t stand much of a chance against the San Antonio Spurs, it was an accomplishment enough to simply make the field of 16.

Do they get rewarded for that? Not really. But they did show that the Grizzlies aren’t about that tanking life. Even though they probably would’ve been better off making the NBA Lottery field, but that’s to important.

Moving forward, the Grizzlies have a ton of questions to answer this summer. What happens with Mike Conley? Do they pay up the max money that he’s going to demand on the open market?

Does he want to remain a member of the Grizzlies? This is a big summer for the future of this franchise.
