5. Toronto Raptors (6-4)

The Toronto Raptors are two wins away from the Eastern Conference Finals. Though, with the news that Jonas Valanciunas will miss the remainder of the series against the Miami Heat, it won’t be easy. And why would we expect anything differently?

Nothing has been easy for the Raptors this postseason. However, it is a shame that both Whiteside and Valanciunas were lost in this series due to injury.

With that said, we should remember that Toronto is only two wins away from making the Conference Finals for the first time in franchise history. They’re RIGHT THERE. Beating the Heat WITH Valanciunas has been hard, so there’s no question that it will continue to be that way without him.

But it is doable.
