The King

The King is coming to reclaim his throne.

LeBron James had 24 points and was 11-13 from the field. Nine of these 13thirteen came from either dunks or layups. LeBron just enforced his will in Game 1.

The Raptors, for the majority of the game, tried to stick DeMarre Carroll on LeBron. Obviously, this did not work. The King had a career-high shooting percentage night as his 11-13 equates to 84.6 percent.  For starters, 84.6 percent is spectacular, and it is also LeBron’s highest percentage game of his postseason career.

This is just one instance where the King oppressed his will upon the Raptors.

While the Toronto defense was completely distracted by the high-volume shooting, LeBron made it his mission to show that he is still the most efficient player in the league. The King did everything for the Cavaliers in this Game 1, but honestly this game was over before the third quarter started as Cleveland ended the half on a 22-2 run.

The King is back, ladies and gentlemen. Buckle your seat belts, because the ride is just getting started.
