Philadelphia 76ers- No. 3 pick: Jahlil Okafor

Redraft: Jahlil Okafor

If given the opportunity, the pick between Okafor and Russell would have been a stressful one for 76er executives. In this redraft they keep Okafor.

Okafor brought lackluster defense with him to Philadelphia, but he also brought explosive offense and a powerful drop step, backdown, spin, off glass – Okafor put on an exhibition for the mostly empty 76er arena.

In his rookie season, Okafor averaged 17.5 points per game on over 50 percent shooting, 7.0 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game.

The highly anticipated rookie from Duke is now the third young center on the 76ers team. Nerlens Noel, Jahlil Okafor, and Joel Embiid are all going to fighting for minutes at mainly just the center spot, but I am almost sure the leadership will find them more time at potentially the four.
