Detroit Pistons- No. 8 pick: Stanley Johnson

Redraft: Myles Turner

The Detroit Pistons had a quick four game exit from the playoffs at the hand of the Cavaliers. The Detroit Pistons have been the only team to compete with Cleveland every game of their series, thus far.

The Pistons missed a key link in their championship quest. They missed a bench. Current pick, Stanley Johnson did add a spark to their bench much, but Myles Turner would have been a better fit for them and their play style.

Anthony Tolliver and Aron Baynes could not get it done as the reserves for star Andre Drummond.

Myles Turner who averaged 10.3 points per game, 5.5 rebounds per game, and 1.4 blocks per game dominated as a rookie for the Pacers. This All-Rookie Second Team player is the future, and he could have helped the Pistons weather the storm against the Cavaliers.

Motor City is being revived, and they may have missed out on their next big superstar.
