Atlanta Hawks

Priority: Keep The Core Together

Do you see the two Hawks jumping in this picture?

That is Al Horford and Kent Bazemroe going for the block on Jae Crowder. Those two Hawks are free agents come summer, and those two Hawks are also key cornerstones to this team.

Re-signing these two and adding some depth will be their top priorities.

Al Horford who may be seeking a max contract and Bazemore, who erupted this year, will look to get paid being two of their four players that could create offense on their own. This is a key aspect of their games that will lead other NBA teams to focus on them.

If Atlanta does not get Horford back, they could be back to their playoff-less teams just like they were before drafting Horford in 2007.

Atlanta, you have one goal: re-sign Al Horford.
