NBA Mock Draft 2016: 76ers, Lakers Get Their Guy; Suns Reaching?

20. Indiana Pacers

Pick: Brice Johnson, F, North Carolina 

With the potential that they lose Ian Mahinmi in the offseason (free agency) and that Myles Turner officially makes the move to center, the Indiana Pacers will need a power forward. With the 20th pick, assuming that the Pacers will be looking at other holes in their roster during free agency, I fully expect them to address that issue.

Brice Johnson makes sense for Indiana here, who has his limitations as a player but was a complete stud during his finals season at North Carolina.

Johnson might never be as good as some of his counterparts in the draft, but there’s no reason to believe why he can’t be successful in his own role.
