16. Boston Celtics: Taurean Prince
The Boston Celtics got their man at number 3 in the draft with Dragan Bender. Now they can focus their efforts on further improving a rotation that has already proven itself playoff capable.
Among the saving graces for the Boston Celtics over the past season and a half has been the play of their Small Forward, Jae Crowder. When he has gone to the bench though, the team has lacked a significant threat on both ends to fill his shoes. Enter Taurean Prince out of Baylor.
Prince is an ideal player for a team like the Boston Celtics already filled to the brim with young, ball-dominant playmakers. He is a good spot up shooter from the corner, and is a very good wing defender. In a league hungry for consistent 3-and-D role players, Prince will be a major plus for Boston in the coming years.
