6. Evan Turner, Boston Celtics, Unrestricted

2015-16 Stats: 10.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, 4.4 assists, 46 FG%, 24 3PT%

Evan Turner is one of the biggest question marks this free agency, as he is coming off one of his best seasons to date, but many think his success is just due to the Boston Celtics system. Turner finished the year 6th in Sixth Man of the Year voting.

What is special about Turner’s game is the versatility he brings on the wing; Turner can act as a secondary distributor and can bring the ball up the floor at times, which could be valuable for teams weak at the point guard spot.

Turner’s biggest weakness is his three-point shooting and it’s hard to see that aspect of his game improving much more but if he was able to close in on the league average 0f 34 percent, Turner could be an even more effective player.

Whether he re-signs with the Celtics, heads to Big Apple or somewhere else, that team will gain a productive player and a good teammate.
