5. Chandler Parsons, Dallas Mavericks, Unrestricted

2015-16 Stats: 13.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 49 FG%, 41 3PT%

Chandler Parsons hasn’t made the jump many thought he would make after leaving the Houston Rockets but is still a solid forward who was incredibly efficient this past season.

Parsons is capable of lining up at either forward position, and may even be better suited as a stretch four depending on the personnel surrounding him.

Parsons’ season ended early when he underwent surgery to repair a torn meniscus, but up until the surgery, he was having a solid season in Dallas. The Florida product’s future is not decided, and it seems he has kept his options open; it will be interesting to see where he lands.
