Philadelphia 76ers

Draft Picks: Ben Simmons No. 1, Timothe Luwawu No. 24, Furkan Korkmaz No. 26

Oh Philly, so terrible for so long. It has to get better soon right? With the No. 1 overall selection, Ben Simmons, it is a start. Simmons, the complete package with all the tools and the ability to play 1-5, joins a franchise in much needs of positives.

With no movement of Jahlil Okafor or Nerlens Noel (so far), the Sixers look to have the team they will be building around.

Along with Simmons, the Sixers nabbed International studs Timothe Luwawu and Furkan Korkmaz. Both fantastic athletes. Luwawu with his ability to drive and finish and Furkan with his shooting prowess (not to mention that he dresses as Darth Vader in dunk contests).

Both prospects could be stashed away for a season as the Sixers wait on Joel Embiid‘s health and Dario Saric‘s potentially coming over to the NBA. When Luwawu and Korkmaz do arrive they should make impacts.

Don’t worry Philly, it’s getting better.
