27. Evan Turner, Unrestricted
So…who is going to overpay for Evan Turner? This is going to be a fun game to play this offseason, and Turner is our first participant. Sure, Turner has had somewhat of a career awakening during his time with the Boston Celtics, but he’s still one of the worst three-point shooters in NBA history and dribbles way too much for the modern NBA offense.
With that said, he’s still a solid offensive playmaker, rebounds the ball well for his position and is an above-average defender.
The Celtics will probably get outbid for his services, even though the best situation for him is in Boston, but this is the perfect time for Turner to prove his worth.
