Chicago Bulls

Notable Additions: Rajon Rondo, Dwyane Wade

Free Agency Grade: B+

The only reason that the Chicago Bulls get a B+ is because they signed Dwyane Wade, and even I’m not sure how that dynamic, with Rajon Rondo and Jimmy Butler, will work out. At the very least, at least they’re going to sell a ton of tickets.

Wade and what the Bulls want to do isn’t an ideal fit by any stretch of the imagination, but he’s too good of a player for it to not work. I believe they’ll figure it out. My biggest problem with this all is that Bulls management reasoned the Derrick Rose trade with the fact that they wanted to get younger and more athletic.

Signing Rondo and Wade isn’t exactly getting “younger and athletic”. But whatever?

Either way, the Bulls are going to be a circus next season.
