New York Knicks

Notable Additions: Derrick Rose (via trade), Courtney Lee, Joakim Noah, Brandon Jennings

Free Agency Grade: B+

If nothing else, the New York Knicks are going to be one fun team to watch this season. Before free agency even started, they kicked the NBA offseason off with a bang, by trading for Derrick Rose.

Even though he’s not the player he once was, it was a solid move that is a reasonable risk to take. Once Rose was in New York, it felt like a forgone conclusion that his buddy Noah would follow. He did.

The key signing for the Knicks, though, in my opinion was Courtney Lee. He could be the special glue to this Knicks team. He’s not a name that most will be excited about, but he was a piece that was needed to be added.

I have no idea how good this Knicks team will be, but you’re going to want to watch them on League Pass.
