After an fiery NBA free agency period, we look at the five free agents that will have the biggest of impacts on their new teams
With the salary cap rising to nearly $94 million this summer, it is no surprise that the free agency period has been more chaotic than past years.
With all of the basketball shattering moves that have occurred thus far, it’s definitely going to be an interesting season.
Here are just a few of the eye-opening moves that took place this summer:
- Dwyane Wade returned to his hometown of Chicago
- Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah made the move to New York
- Pau Gasol replaced Tim Duncan (retired) as the Spurs big man
- Al Horford went to Boston
- Dwight Howard signed with the Hawks
- Bismack Biyombo left Jurassic Park for Disney World
- And, of course Kevin Durant taking his talents to Silicon Valley
In addition, Kobe Bryant and Tim Duncan have officially retired and the 76ers could finally break 20 wins – I mean this is mind shattering stuff!
