Orlando Magic

Biggest Hole: Lack Of Star

As much as the Orlando Magic want to matter in the NBA, or even the Eastern Conference, the continued inability to develop – or land – a star player is still haunting them. Since Dwight Howard left, the Magic still haven’t recovered. They still have not found that No. 1 option guy to help the franchise take the next step.

Even after acquiring Serge Ibaka and re-signing Evan Fournier, I’m still not certain that “guy” is currently on the roster. Because of that, I have a hard time believing that this team will be significantly better in 2016-17, even considering that they added Ibaka, Bismack Biyombo and Jeff Green.

Though, there’s no arguing agars the fact that this team is certainly going to be fun to watch.
