27. Washington Wizards

Projected Starting Frontcourt: Otto PorterMarkieff MorrisMarcin Gortat

Otto Porter, coming off his best season as a pro shooting 47 percent and nearly 12 points per game, sported a below NBA average PER last season.

I see it as a huge make or break season for Porter. Gortat is capable of a double-double nightly, shoots nearly 60 percent and is a nice pick-and-roll partner with John Wall. Markieff Morris struggled in his half season with the Wizards, after sulking his way out of Phoenix. Morris is a capable 3-pt shooter, but his percentage still needs improvement.

His rebounding numbers need to get better and his 12 PER is not anything to fear. The Wizards go as far as Wall and Beal go in the backcourt.
