NBA Rumors: LeBron James is now using Chris Bosh to take one last jab at the Miami Heat
LeBron James and Dwyane Wade were extremely close during their days with the Miami Heat. To a fault almost, and it often left Chris Bosh as the “odd man” out in Miami. No, he wasn’t isolated from the three, but it was pretty clear that LeBron’s and Wade’s relationship was on an entirely different level.
Don’t worry, though. Now, it appears Bosh and LeBron are the best of friends. At least, that’s how LeBron is making it seem when he was asked about his thoughts on what was happening between Bosh and the Miami Heat.
Of course, this could all just be LeBron using Bosh to get one last jab in at the Heat. Would you really be surprised?

"[via ESPN]“I stand behind my brother Chris,” James said. “The most important thing is his health. Whatever decision he wants to do, I’m all for it. I support him in every way, shape and facet. It’s a difficult situation for him. I was pretty surprised to hear that the team was just done with him, for them to come out and say that. But it’s not like I’ve been there. I’ve only seen it from the exterior. I wish the best for him, he has my support.”"
The biggest part of this quote that would bother me, if I was a Heat fan, would be the “I was pretty surprised to hear that the team was just done with him” part. I mean, Bosh has had three blood clots (reportedly) in two years. Doctors are telling the Heat there’s no way that Bosh will ever be able to play while not on blood thinners.
Read between the lines. And let’s not act like LeBron doesn’t know more than he’s giving off. He knows exactly what he’s doing.
This could also be a player power vs organizational power play by LeBron. After all, if anything, he’s been a huge believer in the player holding all the power. We saw that when he made the move to Miami in 2010 and then when he returned to Cleveland in 2014 – in both instances, on his terms.
Or, this could all just be one more shot at Pat Riley. Their feud has not been a secret.

I really hope LeBron really feels this strongly about his friend, Chris Bosh. I really hope he’s not just using Bosh, his illness and situation with the Heat just to get back at Riley.
I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. Though, I won’t blame you if you don’t.
