Toronto Raptors: Norman Powell

While Norman Powell only played in 49 games last year for the Toronto Raptors, he stepped up big in the NBA Playoffs, especially in Game 3 of their first round series against the Indiana Pacers.

Paul George had scored 37 points through three quarters, then with Powell being the primary defender in the fourth, George was held to two points. Difference maker.

Powell plays with tons of energy and passion. Going into his sophomore season, Powell will be the guy off the bench for the Raptors who gives the second unit that spark that they need.
