3. Los Angeles Lakers- Josh Jackson (Kansas, FR, Small Forward)

The Los Angeles Lakers are hoping to keep this pick with the Sixers owning the pick if it falls out of the top 3. Jackson was a project coming into his freshman season, but he has made tremendous strides in his solo campaign at Kansas that makes a top 3 pick justifiable.

Jackson has crazy athleticism, tremendous rebounding skills and can be a terror on the defensive end. JJ’s offensive abilities were in question, but his shooting especially from the outside has improved greatly throughout the season.

Putting Jackson at the 2 along with D’Angelo Russell while joining forwards Brandon Ingram and Julius Randle makes the current dreary situation of the Lakers seem a bit brighter.
