 4. Orlando Magic- Dennis Smith Jr ( NC State, FR, Point Guard)

The Orlando Magic are a complete mess of a team. They have a confusing rotation, no true superstar and have for the most part missed on their last two top five draft picks (Aaron Gordon and Mario Hezonja).

Enter Dennis Smith Jr, an explosive, rim-rocking guard who has abilities to score (18.7 PPG), has an incredible motor and is a leader, which the Magic desperately need. Smith also is fifth in the nation in assists.

Even with Elfrid Payton on the roster, Smith has a much higher ceiling and Payton would be a much better coming off the bench.
