7. Dallas Mavericks- Frank Ntilikina (France, 1998, Point Guard)

There always is one International player who rises up the draft boards and finds themselves in the lottery, and this year that is Frank Ntilikina. Admittedly, I haven’t had the opportunity to watch Ntilikina, but standing at 6-foot-5 and an over seven-foot wingspan makes him a tempting point guard prospect.

His range is solid, shooting 38 percent from three and has versatility to guard multiple positions.  Dallas has an aging group of point guards and despite Yogi Ferrell having his moments this year, he is not the full-time answer for the position.
