Draft a Point Guard

This is easily the key to the entire offseason, and really the next decade. With the new CBA, the draft has become by far the best chance for a team to land a foundational star.

Phil has messed up quite a bit in his nearly three years on the job, but the one time he was given a premium draft pick to work with, he nailed it. The ceiling of this team’s future will likely depend on his ability to repeat history.

This draft has a half dozen legitimate point guard prospects that should be taken in the first 10 picks, and the New York Knicks should be diverting all of their scouting resources to figuring out an order of preference between now and draft night.
