Welcome to the third installment of the NBA Positional Power Rankings. In this segment, we explore Isaiah Thomas’ freakish and historic months, as well as the consistency of MVP candidate James Harden

Can you believe there’s only two full months left in the 2016-17 NBA season? It’s been quite an eventful ride to say the least.

Very few NBA pundits would have predicted at the season’s start that the Boston Celtics, led by a 5-foot-9 player, would lead the charge and contend with Cleveland for the East’s top-spot. The same can be said for Washington and whether or not its chemistry between John Wall and Bradley Beal would finally turn out successful.

Several of these talking points have made significant differences over how we value those players now. As a matter of fact, most of everyone’s viewpoints have altered, even in the slightest of margins, regarding this month’s Positional Power Rankings.

It’s definitely different from the one in January, and we breakdown all of it for the latest one in March.
