Nine NBA Draft prospects to keep an eye on during Day 2 of the NCAA Tournament

The second day of the NCAA tournament will see some of the biggest names in college basketball perform. Plenty of top-tier schools will be in action, namely: Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, and UCLA.

A few of these teams have multiple players to look at, as they seem to every year. The era of the one-and-done is now and a lot of the players you’ll see this Friday are no exception.

Josh Jackson, Kansas

(1) Kansas vs. TBD

Josh Jackson is a 6-foot-8 small forward freshman who can contribute consistently on offense. He’s even shown some toughness on the defensive end. He’s a good all around player, who still has a lot of potential to improve. He can come up big at times, but as most players do, he also has some bad games.

When the team played Texas Tech on February 11th, Jackson came up with 31 points and 11 rebounds in the one-point win. In 31 games, he acquired 10 double-doubles. He’s an impressive talent for a freshman and has made vast improvements on his shooting in his time at Kansas. Plenty of NBA teams could use someone who could stretch the floor and play the small ball style with ease.
