Lauri Markkanen (Arizona) vs. Trevon Bluiett (Xavier)

Lauri Markkanen’s size and skill are tough to match which has landed him as one of the top prospects of the 2017 NBA draft. The almost 7-footer can handle the ball, pass the ball and shoot from deep range (43% 3FG). Impressively athletic as well, Markkanen runs the floor well and spreads the court nicely.

Markkanen is a threat in multiple aspects of the game and is a sure thing lottery pick and will make an NBA impact early on in his career.

One of my personal favorite players remaining in this tournament, Trevon Bluiett plays up in big games. Bluiett is strong and physical with incredible three-point range. Two huge games so far in the tournament has highlighted his potential and another big game vs Arizona could gain him some serious attention. A junior, Bluiett could return for his senior season and rise the ranks of draft boards with an impressive senior campaign.
