No. 24 Utah Jazz- Rodions Kurcus (Latvia, 1998, Small Forward)

At No. 24, considering that the Utah Jazz have had good luck with unknown prospects, Rodions Kurcus is the pick here. This is a prospect that might not immediately come over, and is not a household name yet, but reports on Kurcus is that he is a great athelte with dueal threat abilities on the offensive side of the ball.

Kurcus can shoot the long ball and lash to the basket at will. Utah needs to find a forward of the future with the uncertainty that lies in Gordon Hayward’s impending free agency and an aging Joe Johnson.

Utah owns two first round picks and they could afford to stash Kurcus while he develops.
