No. 9 Dallas Mavericks- Dennis Smith (NC State, FR, Point Guard)

Dennis Smith’s  lack of victories and lack of ball control hurt his stock as others have passed him. The fact that we didn’t get to see him in the NCAA Tournament is a big reason why no one’s really talking about him at the moment.

However, let’s not forget, Smith is an explosive, rim-rocking guard who has abilities to score (18.1 PPG), has an incredible motor and is a leader, which the Mavericks need in their point guard of the future.

With work at the point guard position, Smith could be a steal here at number nine.
