8. Jonathan Isaac, F, Florida State

Draft Projection: Top 10

If I had a pick between 5-8, there’s no way I would let Jonathan Isaac out of my sight. I love his size, potential, athleticism and style. Problem is, he isn’t as NBA-ready as I’d like him to be. Isaac scored 12 points per game on 50 percent from the field. He also shot a modest 35 percent from three-point range.

Isaac will be good almost immediately, but he could transform into a something great after a couple years under his belt.

What The Experts Say:

"[via The Step Back] A future super-role player at the three and four at the NBA level. May have the ball-creation skills to be something more, but needs development to get there"

Isaac didn’t turn many heads during his freshman year at Florida State, but if he lands on the right team he could be scary good sooner rather than later.
