No. 15 Portland Trail Blazers- Justin Jackson (North Carolina, JR, Small Forward)

Justin Jackson is a guy that can come in and play right away, which is the type of player Portland needs. With three first-round picks, the Blazers can use the other two to develop or draft and stash, but they do need someone to contribute right away.

Jackson isn’t the type of guy that demands the ball on offense, so he’ll fit right next to Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum.

Jackson is a versatile player with good scoring ability (18.3 PPG last season) and is a proven winner (Championship with North Carolina). He should develop into a nice role player in the league, at the very least.
