No. 23 Toronto Raptors- TJ Leaf (UCLA, FR, Power Forward)

TJ Leaf brings offense to the floor and the abilities to be a stretch four. Leaf knocked down 46.6 percent of his three’s during his freshman year at UCLA, and is a playmaker with the ball.

Despite his offensive prowess, his defense needs serious work, as is often the case with many of the prospects at this point in the draft, but his energy and his shooting will make him a solid role player in the NBA.

Toronto wouldn’t need him to come in and make a big impact right away, but he could develop into a nice role player for the North. And they badly need a legit stretch four, because they simply can’t invest all that much in Serge Ibaka. Maybe Leaf can be their guy?
