No. 21 Oklahoma City Thunder- Luke Kennard (Duke, SO, Shooting Guard)

This is another pick where I have kept the same from previous mocks, but it makes too much sense here. Luke Kennard to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Russell Westbrook needs help, specifically scoring the basketball, and there’s no better players to surround Westbrook with than shooters. That’s exactly what Kennard is. A shooter. He might never be a star in the NBA, but he could transform into an elite shooter, which every team envies.

Kennard averaged 19.5 PPG on 43 percent shooting from beyond the arc this season. His outstanding shooting, plus his underrated ability to move the ball in the pick-and-roll, makes him a well balanced offensive threat and would fit nicely in OKC.
