No. 9 Dallas Mavericks- Frank Ntilikina (France, 1998, Point Guard)

Frank Ntilikina’s range is solid, shooting nearly 40 percent from three, and has versatility to guard multiple positions, which will prove invaluable at the next level.

Standing at 6-foot-5 and a carrying a 7-foot wingspan is impressive for a point guard, especially for one that we don’t exactly know much about.

The Mavericks need a point guard of the future – Yogi Ferrell, as pleasant of a surprise as he was this past season isn’t the solution – and J.J. Barea and Devin Harris are not getting any younger. Dallas has a lot of gaps to fill this summer, but taking a shot on Ntilikina could be worth it.
