17. Milwaukee Bucks select Harry Giles: PF/C – Duke

Harry Giles is one of the most intriguing prospects in this year’s draft. He’s a boom-or-bust prospect because of his three major knee injuries he’s suffered. He’s torn both ACLs, and missed the beginning of his freshman year because of a knee injury. Once he returned from injury, he looked like a shell of the prospect that was the consensus number one high school player in the country.

He looked like he lost his confidence and athleticism. Giles fits perfectly into Milwaukee’s tall ball strategy. If Giles never returns to form, he’ll be a great energy big off the bench. If he does return to form, the Bucks will have the steal of the draft.

18. Indiana Pacers select Josh Hart: SG – Villanova

Josh Hart is one of the most skilled players in this year’s draft. He doesn’t have any elite traits, but he’s versatile, smart, and experienced. Hart is the classic jack of all trades, master of none prospect. He can handle the basketball, pass, shoot, and defend.

He probably won’t become a starter, but he’ll likely become a key member of a team’s second unit. Hart would be a great addition to Indiana’s bench.
