Dennis Smith Jr. Gets Drafted Ahead Of De’Aaron Fox

While De’Aaron Fox has been rising up NBA Draft boards, Dennis Smith Jr. has been somewhat overlooked. With Markelle Fultz and Lonzo Ball also in this draft, it’s pretty insane to think that Smith might be the fourth or fifth best point guard to come out of this class.

And Smith has the potential to be really good. That’s testament to how great a draft class this can be.

However, I believe that the Dennis Smith Jr. hype is real, and possibly a bit more stronger than the De’Aaron Fox hype, which has quietly began to subside as of late. I believe Smith will be drafted ahead of Fox on draft night, despite the rumblings a few weeks ago that Fox could be taken second overall by the Los Angeles Lakers.
