Boston Nearly Trades For A Big Name

After trading out of the No. 1 spot, there’s no question that the Boston Celtics are eyeing another possible move. Question is, who are they targeting and will they get it done?

While names like Jimmy Butler and probably Paul George will pop up between now and the NBA Draft, I fully expect Danny Ainge to do what he always does – overvalue his assets and then wind up “waiting” on pulling the trigger.

The reports will run rampant, and the Boston Celtics will “nearly” trade for a big name. And it will probably be Butler or George. Hey, maybe it’ll get really crazy and Anthony Davis’s name will pop up in the whispers too.
