Cleveland Cavaliers

Let’s start with the team the Warriors just beat in the NBA Finals. The Cavaliers are already expected to make it back to the Finals in 2018, but what can they do to get over the hump? Well I think it’s time to move on from Kevin Love.

More from Sir Charles In Charge

The best thing for the Cavs is to trade Love to either the Knicks for Carmelo Anthony or to the Pacers for Paul George. We have been expecting the Knicks to move Carmelo for a while now and what better team for him to go to than the Cavs?

He would be playing with one of his friends in LeBron and would also be on a winning team which is what he wants. He would be adding another great piece to this good Cavs team and would add more shooting which is what you need against the Warriors. However, making a trade for Paul George has to be the dream move for the Cavs this offseason.

Trading Kevin Love for Paul George would make this team so much better. It adds good shooting, good defense, and another superstar to the team. Heading into this offseason, that has to be the first call they make. Another addition that the Cavs should look into is getting Dwyane Wade while also adding either George or Carmelo.

I think this could be a good possibility.

The Bulls just had a down year and Wade isn’t getting any younger and if he wants to win another championship then this is the move he has to make. I don’t think it’s too unrealistic. I believe the Cavs could make moves in order to get him. Just imagine a lineup that includes Kyrie Irving, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Carmelo Anthony or Paul George. That could be a team that takes down the Warriors.
