Instant reaction and individual grades to all 30 picks from the first round of the 2017 NBA Draft

The 2017 NBA Draft has finally come and gone. Here is the results of all 60 picks and some instant reaction to the first round.

1. Philadelphia 76ers (from Celtics via Nets) – Markelle Fultz, PG, Washington

This is an easy one. When the Philadelphia 76ers traded up for the No. 1 slot, it was clear who their target would be. Markelle Fultz is the perfect fit on the Sixers too. While many will argue with that assessment, mostly because the Sixers wanted Ben Simmons to play point guard last season, it should be noted that Fultz can actually play off-ball if asked.

Fultz shot 41 percent from three-point range last season and hit two per game. He’s a solid spot-up shooter, and should be able to share the ball fine with Simmons.
