9. Buddy Hield, G, Sacramento Kings
Buddy Hield had a slow start to his rookie year while playing for the New Orleans Pelicans, averaging just 8.6 points on 39 percent shooting from the field.
However, that all changed once he was traded to Sacramento during the NBA All-Star break. In 25 games with the Kings, he put up 15 points per game on 48 percent shooting (43% from deep) in an expanded offensive role.
He seemed to benefit from the extra offensive responsibility and as he continues to become more comfortable in the NBA, expect his game to only keep improving in 2017-18.
