Ideal destination: Orlando Magic

The Orlando Magic are a ship without a rudder at the moment. A complete mishmash of talents, they have some sound pieces, but not enough to contend.

Also team in need of an upgrade at point guard, the Magic have a new front of

Bleacher Report spoke about the need that the Magic have to upgrade at guard:

"Even though Eflrid Payton improved during his latest go-round, it’s time for the Orlando Magic to accept the inevitable: While the Louisiana-Lafayette product may be a capable rotation player, his shooting limitations and low ceiling make it less feasible that he’s the point guard of the future."

Hill would be a great fit in Orlando, he is a versatile player who can command a pick-and-roll. Along with this, he would help create a great defense for the Magic.

Whilst the Magic defense underperformed last season, they still have sound defensive players and adding an experienced guard like Hill would help that cause.
