9. Serge Ibaka

Personally, I wouldn’t jump at the opportunity to throw big money at Serge Ibaka. Even though he’s pretty much the prototypical big that you want in today’s NBA – one that can defend and stretch the floor – he hasn’t been the same player since he was traded from OKC.

For a player that was once considered the third piece in a championship core, Ibaka has seen a significant decline.

Even though Ibaka averaged a solid 14 points and seven rebounds last season, he shot a career-worst 46 percent from the field with Toronto (23 games). He just didn’t look the same when he was EXPECTED to produce. I don’t like that combination.

With the potential of losing Kyle Lowry being very real, I can’t see Toronto letting Ibaka walk.
