7. Jrue Holiday

There will be a handful of teams interested in Jrue Holiday’s services, but I just can’t see the New Orleans Pelicans letting him walk. It just can’t happen.

After adding DeMarcus Cousins last season, they can’t afford to take any steps back. With Cousins expected to hit free agency next summer, they need all the tools they can get in order to try to make this experiment work. Holiday is a part of that.

Holiday is going to cost the Pelicans a pretty penny, but they will have to fork it over. Unless they can make the upgrade at the PG position with a Kyle Lowry or something close to that, Holiday will be back.
