6. Boston Celtics

Key Subtractions: Avery Bradley 

The Boston Celtics were arguably the biggest winners of the NBA offseason. After selecting Jayson Tatum with the third overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft – who has looked exceptionally good in Summer League – they secured Gordon Hayward in free agency.

In the process, the Celtics were forced to trade Avery Bradley, but in essence trading Bradley for Tatum and Hayward isn’t all bad.

Question is, is Boston finally ready to take down the defending Eastern Conference Champs?
