21. Dave Joerger, Sacramento Kings
It was a tough first year for Dave Joerger in Sacremento, but then again, everything is tough to come by for the Kings. He led them to a 32-50 record which in a lot of cases meant he overachieved in 2017.
Finally, getting rid of their cornerstone Boogie Cousins through 55 games last year revamped the look of the Kings. This move now allows Joerger to mold his team to fit his style of play calling.
The Kings had a fantastic draft this summer – adding De’Aaron Fox, Justin Jackson and Harry Giles – and things are looking up for Dave and Sacramento. Look for him to also move up a couple of spots a year from now.
