13. Jason Kidd, Milwaukee Bucks

Kidd recorded his highest win total as head coach of the Milwaukee Bucks last season with 42 and a 6th seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs. If it wasn’t for an injury riddled roster, this would have been a much more dangerous team throughout the regular season.

Kidd has developed Giannis into a monster, leading his team in every main statistical category which hasn’t been done but four times in NBA history. The Greek Freak went on to win the Most Improved Player of the Year award and it was no coincidence that Jason was in charge.

With another year of experience under the belt of this young core, the Bucks and the Kidd are legit contenders for the 2018 season.
