29. Jeff Hornaceck, New York Knicks

Jeff Hornaceck was brought into the small mess that was the New York Knicks in 2016, only to snowball this mess into an abominable snowman in 2017.

Jeff did inherit a bad roster with an even worse president of basketball operations (Phil Jackson), which is why he’s not dead last on this list. This upcoming year he has a fresh slate in the front office, a new young rookie point guard to mold, and hopefully Kristaps Porzingis makes the next step and becomes the go to guy.

If Hornacek can find a way to get rid of Carmelo Anthony, he may see himself boost to the early 20’s on this list next season.
