The 2015 Coach of the Year runner-up has molded a little point guard from Weber State to lead his troops via versatile scoring and dynamic playmaking.

Damian Lillard and Stotts have formed a special bond over his four years as head coach and he continued his reputation as a players coach when he drafted and developed C.J. McCollum.
