4. Steve Kerr, Golden State Warriors

Steve Kerr at number four may be low for some of you, but it’s hard to judge how much of your success is due to coaching or players. The fact of the matter is it doesn’t matter when you’re winning games, and Steve Kerr couldn’t care any less. That is why the Warriors are a dynasty, and why their team chemistry is through the roof.

No one cares who gets the credit. No one cares who is in the spotlight. Everyone cares about winning the last game of their season and they’ve done it two of the last three years. That is what Kerr brings to this group of guys.

Selflessness, and the ability to make superstars gel with one another. Steve says to the media is job is easy and he sits back and let these guys do their thing, but that’s just Steve’s style. This team isn’t a dynasty without Kerr.
