26. Alvin Gentry, New Orleans Pelicans

After taking over a Monty Williams led playoff team in 2015-16, Alvin Gentry has struggled to get them anywhere close to the playoffs. During his first year, Gentry lead New Orleans to a 30 win season which was good enough for 12th in the Western Conference.

He finished that up last year with a 34 win season and 10th place in the West. After a huge trade before the deadline that landed them Boogie Cousins, it is now or never for the Pelicans and Gentry.

A full 82 game season with the best big man tandem the league has seen since young Tim Duncan and The Admiral.
