Final Prediction

While I want the Brooklyn Nets to make the playoffs, I think a more realistic finish is 35-47; which would be a 15 win improvement over last season; which is a good or a bad thing depending on how you look at it.

As already mentioned, the Nets overturned their roster again, but seem to be building an identity…it just hasn’t been established yet. You saw the offense’s potential when a properly-sized and competent guard was running the show (a la Jeremy Lin), and now the Nets have young combo guard D-Lo in tow to try and get things going.

I’ve gotten to the end of the article and haven’t even talked about Caris LeVert, so it goes to show you how much young talent this Nets team really does have.

I’m excited to see what the Brooklyn Nets do next season, and hope NBA fans begin to realize that they aren’t the worst team in the NBA anymore.
